Childcare Needed - Full-time / Part-time

I'm looking for a great babysitter for my 12-year-old daughter. Primary responsibility would be to drive her to and from extra-curricular activities. additional responsibilities may include some light tidying up, meal prep, and homework assistance as needed. You must have a reliable transportation, activate car insurance, and a clean driving record.
