Babysitter Needed for my Children

Hi, My son is turns 4 months on July 25th. He is in a sleep regression and he has a hard time sleeping in the crib for his naps. He has been mostly contact napping since 5-6 weeks old. He also needs to be fed in a dark room when he is slightly drowsy and calm with very little stimulation as he has a secondary bottle aversion. I need help and a Nanny who can help us with breaking these cycles.
