Babysitter Needed for my Children - Full-time / Part-time

I go back to work (teaching) in August and my wife works from home with varying degrees of flexibility in her schedule. We would like help engaging/nurturing our baby on Tuesdays/Thursdays from morning to afternoon. Our baby cycles between wake time (sensory play/reading/"conversation"/singing/etc.), nap time, and nursing with mom, with plenty of diaper changes of course.
