Snelling is currently seeking an upbeat and professional Assistant Property Manager for a public housing company in the Fairfield area. Hours 7:30 am-5:30 pm, Monday-Thursday. Starting Pay $19.00-20.00/hr. As the Assistant Property Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations and tenant management of our affordable housing properties. Working closely with the Property Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of our residential communities.

- Collect rent payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Coordinate maintenance requests and oversee the upkeep of the properties
- Responsible for grounds and made ready units inspections
- Respond to tenant inquiries and address any concerns or issues
- Assist with tenant screening, lease agreements, and move-in/move-out processes
- Perform administrative tasks, such as data entry and filing
- Collaborating with the Property Manager on various projects and initiatives
Qualifications for Assistant Property Manager:
- 1-2 years of experience in property management or a related field
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and basic accounting principles
- Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and work independently
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
