What You'll Do:
- Prepare and maintain simulation labs for nursing students.
- Operate and troubleshoot patient simulators, audiovisual equipment, and simulation technology.
- Support faculty during simulation exercises and skills labs.
- Maintain equipment, supplies, and inventory.
- Assist with scheduling, lab setup, and operational planning.
- Promote a safe, organized, and positive learning environment.
Qualifications:
Required:
- 1+ year of experience in a healthcare-related setting.
- Experience with computers and audiovisual technology.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
Preferred:
- Medical Assistant (MA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
- Experience in a nursing skills lab, simulation center, or healthcare education environment.
- Familiarity with simulation technology and healthcare equipment.
