Job Summary:

Responsible for maintaining accounts payable related duties while providing excellent customer service to all clients.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Track monthly utility bills and process in Plate IQ and Microsoft Dynamics GP
Print and mail vendors checks and apply manual checks, ACH, and wire transfers as needed
Assist in monthly closings procedures, including researching missing bank reconciliation items
Prepare weekly accounts payable check run and aging reports
Field incoming and place outgoing vendor calls relating to accounts payable issues
Interact with management related to accounts payable issues

Required (Basic) Qualifications:

HS Diploma or equivalent
Accounts payable experience
Strong skill level with Microsoft Excel
Ability to work in a team environment
Strong organizational, critical thinking and customer service skills
Superior strength in organizing workload, adapting quickly to change, and delivering under the pressure of deadlines
Ability to work with a high level of accuracy and efficiency
