MS-IL Staffing & Packaging, and its local clients are NOW HIRING for an Inventory Cycle Counter in the Indianapolis, IN, area!

Pay: $19.00 / hour

Shifts: 6:00AM-2:30PM, Monday to Friday (Some overtime required)

Location: Park100

Job summary:

We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Inventory Cycle Counters. In this role, you will be responsible for performing daily cycle counts across various departments to ensure inventory accuracy. Candidates must be comfortable counting items throughout the day and working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Duties:

Conduct physical inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
Work across multiple buildings as assigned.
Report to the designated supervisor
Maintain accurate records of counted items.
Collaborate with team members and follow training protocols.
Operate order picker forklift
All other duties as assigned

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to stand and count items for extended periods.
Basic math and attention to detail.
Willingness to work in various warehouse settings.
Previous inventory or warehouse experience preferred.
Operate Order Picker forklift

Work Environment:

Industrial food manufacturing facility with temperature-controlled work area. Must follow Good Manufacturing specific dress code with no jewelries, no nail polish, no artificial nails, must wear long pants with no holes or rips and use of lab coats.

PPE Requirements:

Ability to wear personal protective equipment's such as safety glasses, safety shoes.
