ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

Uses buffing compound, rouge, and pneumatic buffers, associate buffs finished units to an acceptable surface appearance and gloss
Visually inspects parts before and after buffing to ensure that no defective units are processed or released for packing
Apply clear tape to all rim and bench surfaces of units
Communicate inspection results
Maintains accurate count of pieces processed
Maintains work area, e.g. cleans up, keeps materials, equipment, etc. in clean working condition
Practices and follows all required safety regulations
Performs all duties as assigned by supervision

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Requires moderate physical demand
Ability to process a designated number of units
Must be able to routinely lift up to 50 lbs.
Must be able to work scheduled overtime and the possibility of reduced work hours
