Qualifications:

Job Details:
- Fulfill distribution and Inventory Cycle count function performed within the warehouse necessary to service the customer.
- Perform tasks associated with the receipt, storage, inventory cycle count and shipment of product, while meeting productivity, quality, safety, business conduct and attendance expectations.
- Effectively and efficiently use established procedures, tools, equipment, and technologies to complete transactions related to inbound and outbound processes with a distribution center.
- Safely perform assigned warehouse functions utilizing established processes, procedures and tools, while meeting performance expectations for productivity, quality, safety and attendance.
- Functions may include, but are not limited to unloading, put-away, sorting, labeling, picking, packing, replenishing, cycle count, auditing, shipping, making boxes, etc.
- Verification of inventory quantities and condition at pick locations or stock locations within the warehouse.
- Count and account for shortages, mis-picks and credits.
- Research inventory variances as part of the Cycle Count Audit Program.
- Report inventory discrepancies of his/her findings or any inventory related variance to the Inventory Manager.
- Comply with policies, guidelines and procedures, as well as state and federal regulations, OSHA and Hazardous Material requirements in the storage, handling and movement of product.
- Perform necessary housekeeping duties in order to maintain a clean, safe, organized work environment.
Qualifications:
- 6-12 Months of Warehouse Experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Able to pass background and drug screen .
