Prudential Healthcare Staffing LLP is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for a long-term care assignment at Ecumen Detroit Lakes in Detroit Lakes, Minnesota.
Compensation:
- $60 per hour.
- Approximately $2,325 per week.
- Based on 38.75 scheduled hours.
- Overtime and holiday compensation may differ.
- Weekly earnings may vary based on actual hours worked.
Assignment Details:
- Location: Detroit Lakes, Minnesota.
- Specialty: Long-Term Care.
- Facility type: Nursing home.
- Start date: August 10, 2026.
- Schedule: PM/NOC mix.
- Primary overnight shift: 10:00 PM–6:15 AM.
- Shift length: 8 hours.
- Scheduled hours: Approximately 38.75 hours per week.
- Weekend requirement: Every other weekend.
- Job type: Full-time contract.
Responsibilities:
- Provide safe and compassionate nursing care to long-term care residents.
- Administer medications and treatments according to provider orders.
- Complete nursing assessments and accurately document resident care.
- Monitor residents and respond to changes in condition.
- Coordinate care with providers, families, and facility staff.
- Supervise and support CNAs and other nursing team members.
- Follow resident care plans, infection-control practices, and facility policies.
- Respond appropriately to emergencies during evening and overnight shifts.
Requirements:
- Active Minnesota RN license.
- Current BLS certification.
- At least one year of recent long-term care or nursing-home experience preferred.
- Experience working evening and overnight shifts.
- Ability to work an every-other-weekend rotation.
- Strong clinical judgment, communication, and documentation skills.
- Dependable transportation to Detroit Lakes.
- Ability to complete all onboarding and facility credentialing requirements.
