Packaging Team Lead

Pay: $16/hour

Hours: 15-20 hours/week (plus optional paid CFSC project hours)

Schedule: Evenings

• Monday: 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM
• Tuesday: 4:00 PM – 7:00 PM
• Thursday: 4:00 PM – 8:30 PM
• Friday: 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM
• *Summer Fridays: 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM Farmers Markets June-October

Location: Abigail’s Oven, Spanish Fork, Utah (across from the rodeo grounds)

Packaging Shift Lead:

You’ll be the mature, steady presence who makes sure everything runs smoothly. You’ll manage the team, ensure orders are packed correctly and efficiently, and keep operations on track while handling our sourdough loaves fresh from the oven. You’ll pack and lead in a fast-paced, positive crew that’s got your back. The evening shifts leave your days free, and the work’s straightforward but rewarding.

What You’ll Do:

• Package sourdough bread and apply labels with care.
• Keep the workspace clean and moving smoothly.
• Lead and manage the packaging team during shifts.
• Make sure orders are packed correctly and ready for delivery.
• Work alongside a tight-knit team that values effort and purpose.

Who You Are:

• Mature, dependable, and detail-oriented, with strong leadership skills and a knack for following and giving instructions.
• Someone who sees value in feeding families and supporting a bigger mission.
• Positive, ready to learn, and happy to pitch in while helping the team perform at its best.

Requirements:

• Have or get a Food Handlers Permit.
• Work well with others, stay upbeat under pressure, and able to manage a small team.
• Previous leadership or shift lead experience preferred (but training is available).

What You Get:

• $16/hour plus free sourdough to take home.
