Become a Key Player as an Account Manager

You will act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients, driving onboarding and ongoing account success. You will influence client satisfaction and retention by developing tailored call-handling solutions, coordinating with operations and leadership, and managing client relationships onsite in Omaha, NE.

Here's How You'll Make an Impact on the Team

• Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular, proactive communication.
• Serve as the primary contact for client inquiries, requests, and account-related concerns.
• Lead new client onboarding including discovery calls, account configuration, and implementation planning.
• Gather and document client requirements and develop customized call-handling scripts and procedures.
• Monitor account performance, analyze client feedback and service trends, and recommend improvements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client expectations are met and assist with special projects.

Here's What You'll Need to Be Successful in This Role

• Previous experience in account management, customer success, client services, or customer support preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and lasting client relationships.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to customer service.

$50,000 - $65,000
