We're working with a well-known, high-volume casual dining brand in the Hinesville area that is looking to bring on a strong Assistant General Manager. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced restaurant leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is ready to support the day-to-day operations of a successful restaurant while developing toward a General Manager role.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Assist the General Manager in leading all aspects of daily restaurant operations
• Coach, develop, and motivate both management and hourly team members
• Help drive sales growth while maintaining profitability
• Support labor management, food cost controls, inventory, and financial performance
• Ensure an exceptional guest experience through outstanding service and hospitality
• Assist with recruiting, hiring, training, and retaining top talent
• Maintain company standards for food quality, cleanliness, and operational excellence
• Foster a positive culture built on teamwork, accountability, and guest satisfaction
• Serve as the leader on duty and oversee restaurant operations in the General Manager's absence

What We're Looking For:

• 2+ years of restaurant management experience in a high-volume environment
• Previous Assistant General Manager experience preferred, or a strong Restaurant Manager ready for the next step
• Background in casual dining or similar full-service concepts
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to coach and develop teams
• Strong understanding of restaurant financials, labor management, and cost controls
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
