We're working with a well-known, high-volume casual dining brand in the Hinesville area that is looking to bring on a strong Assistant General Manager. What You'll Be Doing:
- Assist the General Manager in leading all aspects of daily restaurant operations
- Coach, develop, and motivate both management and hourly team members
- Help drive sales growth while maintaining profitability
- Support labor management, food cost controls, inventory, and financial performance
- Ensure an exceptional guest experience through outstanding service and hospitality
- Assist with recruiting, hiring, training, and retaining top talent
- Maintain company standards for food quality, cleanliness, and operational excellence
- Foster a positive culture built on teamwork, accountability, and guest satisfaction
- Serve as the leader on duty and oversee restaurant operations in the General Manager's absence
What We're Looking For:
- 2+ years of restaurant management experience in a high-volume environment
- Previous Assistant General Manager experience preferred, or a strong Restaurant Manager ready for the next step
- Background in casual dining or similar full-service concepts
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to coach and develop teams
- Strong understanding of restaurant financials, labor management, and cost controls
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
