Golden Care Therapy NY is seeking a compassionate and experienced ABA Therapist to join our team in Queens, New York. As an ABA Therapist with our organization, you will have the opportunity to work with children with Autism, providing life-changing therapy services and making a meaningful difference in their lives.

About the Role:

As an ABA Therapist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality ABA therapy services to children with Autism, utilizing evidence-based techniques and strategies to promote skill acquisition and behavior change. You will work collaboratively with parents, caregivers, and other team members to develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and provide ongoing assessment and progress monitoring to ensure successful outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide ABA therapy services to children with Autism in a variety of settings, including home, clinic, and school-based environments

  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, in collaboration with parents and other team members

  • Utilize evidence-based techniques and strategies to promote skill acquisition and behavior change

  • Conduct ongoing assessments and progress monitoring to evaluate treatment effectiveness and make data-driven decisions

  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of therapy sessions, including progress notes, goal attainment, and treatment plans

  • Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other team members to ensure consistent and effective implementation of treatment plans

  • Participate in supervisory and training activities to maintain and enhance professional knowledge and skills

Requirements:

  • Master's or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education)

  • NYS Certification or eligible for certification
