Shift Leader – Owners Box Sports Grill

We’re looking for a dependable, motivated Shift Leader to help lead our team and deliver an outstanding guest experience!

If you’re someone who leads by example, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and isn’t afraid to jump in wherever needed, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate the team during each shift.
• Ensure exceptional guest service and resolve customer concerns professionally.
• Oversee opening and closing procedures.
• Maintain food safety, cleanliness, and company standards.
• Assist with scheduling, training, coaching, and developing team members.
• Handle cash, deposits, and daily shift paperwork accurately.
• Support both the front and back of house as business demands.

Requirements:

• Previous restaurant leadership experience preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Must be available to work nights and every weekend.
• Must be able to work closing shifts.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must have a working cell phone and be reachable for work-related communication.
• Must be dependable, punctual, and lead by example.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
