Job Overview

Mobile Maintenance is hiring Washbay Technicians in Odessa, TX to support our customers fleet and field operations.

Schedule

• 4 days on / 4 days off
• 10-12 hour shifts
• 40-48 hours per week
• Local only

Pay

• $20-$23 per hour

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance on automotive and oil & gas equipment
• Work on a team
• fluid exchange
• filter exchange
• inspections

Requirements

• Ability to work long shifts and rotational schedule
• Comfortable working outdoors in West Texas conditions
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver’s license is required
• Oilfield or equipment washing experience a plus, but not required
