Automotive Technician

An Automotive Technician will work in a small independent shop environment, collaborating with a close-knit team of 2-5 technicians. Reporting directly to the service manager, this role focuses on delivering expert vehicle repair and maintenance services to ensure vehicles operate safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Perform vehicle diagnostics to identify mechanical and electrical issues
• Conduct routine maintenance including oil changes, tire rotations, and inspections
• Repair and replace brake components to ensure vehicle safety
• Perform engine repairs, troubleshooting complex engine issues
• Service transmissions, including diagnostics and repairs
• Diagnose and repair electrical system faults
• Replace worn or damaged parts with quality components

Preferred Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in automotive repair
• Own tools required
