Job title : Order Fulfillment Coordinator

Client : Heavy Machine Manufacturing Company

Duration : 12 Months (Possibility of Extension/Conversion)

Location : Milan, IL 61264

Shift : 1st Shift (7:00 AM – 3:30 PM); Flexible after training. Overtime possible.

Description:

• Measure warehouse parts and record data.
• Enter measurements into packaging systems.
• Review parts at warehouse locations.
• Update documents and databases.
• Support order fulfillment activities.
• Manage and organize inventory data.
• Perform supply chain support tasks.
• Operate warehouse equipment as needed.
• Follow warehouse safety procedures.
• Support process and workflow improvements.

Required Qualifications:

• Basic Excel and computer skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Good decision-making skills.
• Ability to analyze data.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable working in a warehouse.
• Able to stand for extended periods.
• Able to drive a Cushman vehicle.
• Good communication and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or Supply Chain.
• Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Warehouse or supply chain experience.
• Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Experience working with inventory or packaging systems.
