Duties/Responsibilities:

Initial Sorting & Inspection

• Reviews and sorts through large volumes of used clothing, shoes, and accessories.

• Identifies items that have resale potential based on condition, quality, and resell trends.

• Recognizes wear, defects, and assesses conditions

• Separates and organizes items for further evaluation.

• Ensure items not selected for resale are placed in appropriate carts.

• Maintains an organized and clearly labeled workstation.

• Suggests individual pricing based on brand, condition, trend, and market value.

• May work in the fine sorting area for pricing and tagging items, utilizing in-house technology.

Productivity & Quality Standards:

• Meets daily productivity expectations while maintaining quality standards.

• Use basic material handling tools (carts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently as needed.

Safety & Housekeeping:

• Maintains a clean and organized work area.

• Follow safety procedures, PPE requirements, and housekeeping standards.

• Adheres to standard operating procedures.

Collaboration & Communication:

• Participates in all designated meetings and training courses.

• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.

• Follows company standards and policies related to sorting operations.

• Performs all other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Production Manager and CCO.
