Registered Nurse

Position Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our healthcare team in Olmsted County, MN. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care, demonstrate strong clinical judgment, and collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary healthcare professionals to ensure positive patient outcomes.

Schedule

Available shifts include:

• Day Shift: 6:00 AM – 6:30 PM
• Evening Shift: 11:00 AM – 11:30 PM (in high demand)

Additional scheduling information:

• Schedules are prepared approximately one month in advance
• Employees generally work every other weekend
• Holiday rotation is required
• Call-offs should be made at least 3 hours prior to the start of the scheduled shift

Minimum Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) License
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
• Minimum 1 year of RN experience
• Strong critical thinking and clinical assessment skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Essential Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and facility policies
• Monitor patient conditions and promptly report significant changes
• Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and other healthcare professionals
• Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and healthcare needs
• Adhere to all facility policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements
