St. George Cool Decking is Southern Utah's pool deck coating specialist. We restore worn concrete pool decks into beautiful, cooler surfaces homeowners love.

We're looking for someone who takes pride in craftsmanship, values quality, and wants to grow with a company that's building something special.

This position starts as a flexible, project based role. As the company grows, there will be opportunities for increased responsibility and hours.

What You'll Do

• Prepare concrete surfaces

• Repair cracks and damaged concrete

• Apply premium concrete coating systems

• Operate professional equipment

• Deliver exceptional workmanship

• Maintain clean and organized jobsites

• Represent the company professionally with homeowners

What We're Looking For

• Concrete or construction experience preferred

• Pride in craftsmanship

• Strong attention to detail

• Reliable and dependable

• Valid driver's license

• Comfortable working outdoors in Southern Utah conditions

Experience with our specialty coating system is not required. We'll train the right person on our process.
