Loan Boarding Specialist (Temporary Assignment)

Job Summary

The Loan Boarding Specialist - Intern will assist with all aspects of loan boarding for newly originated loans and ensuring data file accuracy.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Assists with administrative support and research of special projects.
• Assists with general data entry.
• Performs other duties as assigned Relating to assisting with the boarding of newly originated loans, including supporting data accuracy, tracking manual steps for compliance, and helping the department maintain records for regulatory agencies.

Position Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent required

Experience

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, self-starter and detailed orientated

Functional/Technical Skills

• High degree of organizational skill and problem-solving ability
• Ability to work as a self-starter
• Detail oriented; ability to execute accurately
• Strong communication skills
• Desire to learn and grow professionally
• General computer skills including Microsoft office
