Pay Rate: $20.00/hour

Job Summary

We are seeking a Storekeeper to support warehouse and inventory operations. This role is responsible for receiving, inspecting, storing, picking, packing, and issuing materials while ensuring inventory accuracy, warehouse organization, and compliance with company procedures. The ideal candidate has warehouse experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to operate or become certified to operate a forklift.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against supplier packing lists.
• Handle, move, store, and organize materials in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Pick, pack, and fulfill material requests for internal departments.
• Prepare and package outgoing inventory for shipment.
• Maintain accurate inventory records through receiving, issuing, labeling, storing, and cycle counting.
• Optimize warehouse bin locations to improve efficiency and accessibility.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
• Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies and warehouse-related issues.

Required Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse operations or a related field.
• Knowledge of inventory control, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, issuing, and cycle counting.
• Forklift certification or willingness to complete forklift training and certification.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work safely and efficiently in a warehouse environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Kitting processes.
• Experience with Kanban point-of-use replenishment systems.
• Familiarity with materials management initiatives and warehouse optimization practices.
