Legal Assistant - Defense

Detail-oriented professional with great communication, typing and strong Legal Assistant experience.

The Legal Assistant will be dictating and assisting the attorney with regular duties. Must be fast-paced, organized, and type 60+WPM! Manage attorney calendars, court deadlines, depositions, mediations, hearings, and trial schedules. This attorney specializes in premises liability, pharmacy malpractice, and products liability and has tried over 100 jury trials in state and federal courts.

Will use Juris and Total Office Software. Must have experience reviewing medical records and working with L codes. Experience in insurance defense, litigation, or other practice areas that require detailed billing to clients or insurance carriers. HSG. College preferred! Will also consider someone with their JD who doesn't want to practice.

Normal Hours: Monday - Friday 8:30 - 5:00. Criminal/Drug Screening.
