Assembler

We are a national staffing firm and are currently seeking a Assembler for a prominent client of ours. This position is located in Smithfield, PA. Details of the position are as follows: 

Job Description: 

• Pay is $32.03/hr to start!!
• 6 – month assignment with the potential for extension based on performance and budget.
• Monday – Friday
• Performs routine production assembly operations on structural and mechanical assemblies, subassemblies and aircraft systems, equipment and accessories using manual operations
• Exhibits a strong commitment to growth, development and professionalism to drive learning and development for continuous improvement within the manufacturing team

Qualifications: 

• HS Diploma/ GED is required!!
• 1 + years’ experience reading, understanding, engineering drawings and specifications (e.g., blueprint/schematic reading, specification, change, design)
• 1+ years of experience working in a Manufacturing environment.
• Experience with fabrication and/or assembly of mechanical or electrical systems utilizing production industry standards.
