Warehouse Clerk

As our fast-growing client is rapidly expanding, Johnson Service Group is seeking a sharp, detail-oriented Production Clerk to join their fast-paced team. This is a contract position with the ability to convert to full-time based on performance.

Payrate $20 Day Shift 6:45a.m - 3:15 p.m.
Payrate $21.50 Swing Shift 3:45 - 12:15 a.m.

Job Duties

• Manufacturing Support: Generate run cards for manufacturing work orders and print production labels.
• Inventory & Auditing: Maintain and report on floor stock and consumables inventory; conduct finished goods (FIN) bin audits.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with Program Managers and Production Leads to align on daily priorities.
• Material Tracking & Quality: Transact material transfer requests for replacement parts (DOA), inspect non-conforming material requests (NCR), and resolve discrepancies in warehouse receiving logs.
• Administrative Support: Complete routine data entry and perform other duty-related tasks as assigned.

Skills & Qualifications

• Attention to Detail: High accuracy in logging data, inspecting materials, and auditing inventory.
• Communication: Ability to follow written/verbal instructions and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
• Technical Proficiency: Basic working knowledge of standard office software, including word processors, spreadsheets, and databases.

Physical Requirements

• Regularly lift, push, pull, or move items weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Stand for extended periods during shift.
• Safely climb and work from ladders as needed.

Experience & Education

• Experience: Minimum of 6 months related warehouse, manufacturing, or inventory experience preferred.
• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
