About the Role
Newviews is looking for a Project Manager to keep our creative and production work moving on time, on budget, and on brand. You'll be the connective tissue between strategy, creative, and production teams — making sure great ideas actually cross the finish line.
Responsibilities
- Own project timelines from kickoff to delivery across multiple concurrent campaigns/shoots
- Build and manage project plans, budgets, and resource allocation
- Coordinate between creative, production, and client-facing teams
- Track deliverables, flag risks early, and keep stakeholders informed
- Manage contractor/freelancer scheduling alongside internal team capacity
- Run status meetings, maintain project docs, and own the source of truth for timelines
- Support onsite production logistics when needed (call sheets, schedules, vendor coordination)
Qualifications
- 2–4+ years of project management experience, ideally in an agency, production, or creative environment
- Strong organizational skills and comfort managing multiple projects at once
- Clear communicator who can translate between creative and operational priorities
- Experience with project management tools (Asana, Monday, ClickUp, etc.)
- Strong familiarity with the Richmond, VA business landscape
- Located in Richmond, VA
Compensation
Compensation is project-based and commensurate with experience. Rates are determined per engagement and discussed during the hiring process.
