Customer Service Representative

The Llano National Bank team is searching for a Customer Service Representative (CSR); to be based out of our main branch in Llano, TX.

Responsibilities:

• Provide setup and support for new accounts, online banking, debit cards and other services.
• Handle monetary transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, safe deposit box payments and loan payments
• Educate customers in the products and services we offer
• Assist with support of loan customers and accounts
• Occasionally work in the Saturday rotation
• Work where needed within the branch
• Report to the Lobby Manager

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Basic math and computer skills
• Cash-handling experience
• Positive and professional demeanor
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to pass background and credit check
