1st & 2nd Shifts Available

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

·        Ability to follow written instructions.

·        Read and interpret engineering drawings and diagrams.

·        Performs assessment of product quality.

·        Keeps work area clean and orderly.

·        Basic computer skills and ability to operate barcode scanning equipment.

·        Performs other related duties as assigned.

Performs the following job duties as assigned:

·        Soldering      

·        SMT

·        Through-hole

·        High thermal mass

·        Rework Solder & Coating

·        Polymeric

·        X-ray/AOI

·        Masking/De-masking

·        Complex Box Builds

·        Hand Marking

·        Mechanical Assembly

·        Data Entry

·        PWA Cleaning

·        General Inspection

·        Component Prep

·        Photographs

·        Packing

·        Material Handling

·        Part Tinning

Desired, Not Required Qualifications:

·        High school education or equivalent.

·        Minimum of 1-2 years of soldering and assembly experience.

·        Vision corrected to 20/20 and ability to distinguish colors. 

·        Standing or sitting for extended periods of time may be required.

·        Infrequent lifting and moving of material up to 40 pounds. 

·        Successful completion of the following training programs (which are provided):

o   ESD Certification Class 0

o   Component Identification Training

o   Moisture Sensitive Devices    

o   IPC-A-610 Certification

o   J-STD-001 Certification 

o   IPC Space Addendum Certification

o   IPC 7711 & 7721

o   NASA 8739 Certification(s)

o   Customer-specific requirements training, as needed.

o   Component/PWB Handling

o   Move Safe Product

o   Layout Training     

o   Right-To-Know Training  

o   Inspection
