Construction Laborer/Spotter

The Lift Spotter supports safe lifting operations by guiding lift operators, monitoring surroundings, and ensuring clear communication during lifts. This role helps prevent accidents by maintaining visibility, enforcing safety procedures, and alerting the operator to hazards.

Key Responsibilities:

-Guide lift operators using approved hand signals or radio communication

-Monitor the lift area for obstacles, personnel, and unsafe conditions

-Stop operations immediately if unsafe conditions arise

-Follow site-specific safety policies and procedures

Qualifications:

-MUST Pass Background and Drug Screening

-Knowledge of basic lifting and safety practices

-Ability to communicate clearly and remain alert

-Physical ability to stand, walk, and observe for extended periods

-Prior construction or industrial site experience preferred

-Outdoor and indoor settings, varying weather conditions
