Apex Healthcare is seeking a dedicated Physician to serve as an Attending Provider within our Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) network. This role offers unmatched schedule flexibility, no holiday or weekend on‐call, and a highly competitive earning potential of up to $425,000 annually.

Position Overview

The Physician will oversee the medical management of SNF residents, supported by a full Nurse Practitioner team to streamline daily workflow and reduce administrative burden. This model is ideal for physicians who value autonomy, predictable caseloads, and a supportive clinical environment. New graduates are welcome and receive hands‐on onboarding to ensure success in the SNF care model.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine, acute, and follow‐up evaluations for SNF residents
• Oversee chronic disease management and individualized care plans
• Collaborate with nursing leadership, therapy teams, and facility administration
• Ensure regulatory‐compliant documentation and timely follow‐up
• Participate in interdisciplinary meetings and quality initiatives
• Provide clinical oversight and collaboration with NP team

Qualifications

• MD or DO with active state license
• Experience in SNF, LTC, geriatrics, internal medicine, or family medicine preferred
• New graduates encouraged to apply
• Strong communication and clinical decision‐making skills
• Ability to work independently within a structured support model
