Marketer/Business Development for Long and Short Term Care

Job Description:

We are looking for a full-time strong leader that is ready to collaborate with an established team to grow the census! The marketer will be responsible for the internal and external marketing of the community, works closely with all levels of the organization to ensure that the brand, image, and reputation in the community are viewed as excellent.

Responsibilities and Qualifications:

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract and retain auto accident patients, short term care rehabilitation and long-term care residents, and assisted living clients.
• Build and maintain referral relationships with hospitals, physicians, case managers, attorneys, and community organization.
• Plan and attend outreach events, health fairs, and tours
• Coordinate branding, digital campaigns, social media, and print materials
• Monitor trends and report on market activity and competitor movement
• Work closely with admissions, social work, and clinical teams to ensure a seamless experience for new residents and families
• Knowledge of creating and driving sales culture in the community with positive influence and attitude.
• Knowledge of these industries and understanding the difference of service levels (Assisted Living, Short Term Rehabilitation, Long Term Care).
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Identifying new strategies to increase censuses.
• Relationship-building with hospitals, Skilled Nursing Facilities, and specialty physician offices to drive business and Sales into an assisted living community, long term care and rehabilitation.
• Ability to achieve and exceed census goals.
• Knowledge of the competitors in the market and understanding points of difference in our community.
• Business Development: 2 years (Required).
• Sales: 2 years (Required).

Travel:

• Some local travel to networking events, referral sources, and assessments.
