Maintenance Technician

Join our team! We are seeking a Maintenance Technician I to help keep our production equipment and facility running safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Perform preventative maintenance on production equipment.
• Troubleshoot, repair, and replace mechanical components.
• Install new equipment and complete equipment upgrades.
• Read and interpret equipment manuals, diagrams, and work orders.
• Identify equipment issues and report repairs to management.
• Follow all safety procedures and quality standards.
• Assist with special projects and cross-training as needed.

Qualifications:

• 1–2 years of maintenance or industrial mechanical experience.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to read blueprints and equipment manuals.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Basic math and communication skills.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required.

Physical Requirements:

• Lift up to 50 lbs.
• Stand, walk, bend, kneel, and climb throughout the shift.
• Work in a manufacturing environment with varying temperatures, dust, and moderate to loud noise.

Additional Eligibility Qualifications:

• Basic math skills.

• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred, but not required.
