Mig Welders / General Laborer – Full-Time | $18/hr | Independence, KS

Penmac Staffing is now hiring MIG Welders/General Laborers. This is a full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity for dependable individuals who enjoy hands-on work and want to grow with a company.

Schedule & Pay:

Monday–Friday, 7:00am–3:30pm
Overtime may be required
Pay: $18.00 per hour

General Laborer Responsibilities:

Follow all safety procedures, including wearing proper protective equipment, and maintaining a clean, hazard-free work environment.
Mig welding for fabrication of products
Work efficiently to meet production deadlines while maintaining high quality standards.
Keep work areas clean and organized to promote safety and productivity.
Apply Bondo and perform sanding as needed to prepare and repair surfaces.

Requirements for the General Laborer:

Ability to stand and sit for extended periods.
Capable of lifting and carrying up to 80 lbs.
Must be able to squat, stoop, and bend as needed.
Previous experience in general labor or manufacturing is helpful, but not required.
