Climate Guard Production Office Coordinator

Job Description:

Climate Guard Windows & Doors is looking for a hands-on Production Office Coordinator to be part of the team. This is a fast-paced windows and doors operation. You will be responsible for coordinating production activities to ensure timely completion of work orders while meeting quality and delivery targets.

Responsibilities:

• Preparing orders and all the paperwork  for production
• Answers telephone calls  from other offices
• Perform all other office tasks (transfers & receiving paperwork, general office tasks.
• Help keep the office organized
• Support sales associates with all the information that they need from production

• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Computer savvy
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong organizational skills
• Friendly and engaged
