Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Warehouse Associate to join our team. You will be responsible for handling various tasks related to organizing, scanning, and processing items in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment.
Responsibilities
- Organize and stock customer’s boxes or items.
- Scan and barcode incoming boxes and items.
- Process work orders efficiently.
- Handle rush deliveries with care and accuracy.
Essential Skills
- Ability to handle and safeguard sensitive and confidential information.
- Excellent communication and organization skills.
- Proficiency in speaking and communicating in English with customers and coworkers.
- Basic reading and writing skills.
- Basic understanding of how to use a PC.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in warehouse operations such as order pulling and picking.
- Ability to perform heavy physical work in a fast-paced environment.

Work Environment
This is a family-owned company with a deadline-intensive environment. You will work alongside eight team members in the warehouse, engaging in heavy order pulling and labor-intensive tasks daily. While the role is primarily individual, teamwork is essential. There is an opportunity for career advancement into a driver position if desired.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Richmond, CA.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $19.18 - $19.18/hr.
