Job Description
As a Logistics Customer Support Rep, you will be the primary point of contact for handling customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions. You will manage accounts and provide accurate information about our services while effectively addressing customer concerns. Collaborating with internal departments, you will facilitate timely and satisfactory resolutions, maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.

Essential Skills
- Proven experience in a customer service role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- 1 year of office-related admin or customer service experience.
- 6 months or more of logistics trucking knowledge.
