Welder/Fabricator

We're looking for a skilled Welder/Fabricator to join our growing team. In this role, you'll work on custom heavy-duty trucks and tractors, using your welding and fabrication expertise to build high-quality equipment that performs in the field every day. • Perform heavy-gauge MIG welding and fabrication on heavy-duty trucks and tractor components.
• Read and work from hand drawings and shop instructions.
• Use fabrication equipment to cut, fit, and prepare materials.
• Operate plasma cutters, drills, and other shop tools.
• Inspect welds and finished assemblies to ensure quality and durability standards are met.
• Collaborate with a team focused on producing custom, high-quality equipment.

• At least 2 years of heavy steel welding experience.
• Strong experience with heavy-gauge MIG welding using wire-feed systems.
• Experience operating a plasma torch.
• Experience using an acetylene torch.
• Ability to work independently and produce quality welds with minimal supervision.

• Experience working on custom trucks or heavy equipment.
• Exposure to hydraulic systems.
• Comfortable using a variety of hand and power tools.
• Fabrication experience beyond welding is a plus.

This is a Permanent position based out of Saint Paul, MN.

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $32.00/hr.
