Job Description
We're looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in keeping financial operations running smoothly. In this role, you'll be a key part of the accounting team, helping ensure vendors are paid accurately and on time while supporting overall business success.
What You'll Do- Review, code, and process vendor invoices with accuracy and efficiency
- Verify invoice approvals and supporting documentation
- Set up and maintain vendor records within the accounting system
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies
- Perform accounts payable data entry and record maintenance
- Support internal and external audits related to AP, customer support, and shipping activities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to keep operations running smoothly
✅ 3+ years of Accounts Payable or general accounting experience
✅ Experience with invoice processing, reconciliations, and vendor management
✅ Knowledge of purchase orders and three-way matching
✅ Proficiency with SAP and Microsoft Excel
✅ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
✅ Associate degree in Accounting or equivalent work experience

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $27.00 - $30.00/hr.
