Job Description

This role focuses on providing reliable customer service support while accurately entering and managing data in Salesforce CRM within a busy office setting at a battery recycling facility. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure that customer information, orders, and related data flow smoothly through the system, supporting efficient operations and consistent service.

Responsibilities

• Use a computer to accurately enter and update customer and operational data in Salesforce CRM.
• Maintain data integrity by reviewing, verifying, and correcting information in the system as needed.
• Support customer service activities by responding to inquiries, updating records, and ensuring timely follow-up.
• Navigate and work within Salesforce and, when applicable, similar Oracle-based systems to manage data flow.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure that information is processed correctly and on time.
• Follow established procedures for data entry, packaging, and packing-related documentation.
• Occasionally step onto the warehouse floor to support data-related tasks or coordinate with warehouse staff.
• Adhere to company policies and guidelines for handling customer and operational information.
• Prioritize tasks to meet daily deadlines and maintain steady workflow throughout the day.

Essential Skills

• Proficiency using a computer for data entry and general operations.
• Experience entering data into Salesforce CRM or a similar customer relationship management system.
• Ability to work with or learn Oracle-based databases or ERP systems.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
• Effective customer service skills, including clear communication and follow-through.
• Ability to work consistently in an office environment with occasional movement to a warehouse floor.
• High School Diploma.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with Oracle ERP or similar Oracle database platforms is a plus.
• Work history in packaging or packing environments is helpful.
• Familiarity with data flow processes in an office or warehouse setting.
• Comfort working in a battery recycling or industrial facility environment.

Work Environment

This position is based in an office setting located within a battery recycling facility. You will spend approximately 99% of your time working in the office at a computer, with rare occasions requiring you to go out onto the warehouse floor. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., providing a regular daytime work routine. The environment combines typical office conditions with proximity to a warehouse and industrial operations, so you should be comfortable working in a facility that handles battery recycling and related packaging and packing activities. Dress code should be appropriate for an office within an industrial setting, with practical attire suitable for occasional movement onto the warehouse floor.

This is a Contract position based out of Phoenix, AZ.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
