Title: Receiver/Warehouse Operator

Location: 100 Nagog Park Acton Massachusetts 01720

Shift: Friday to Sunday 6am – 6:30pm

Pay Rate: $24.29/hr on W2.

Job Summary:
Seeking a Receiver/Warehouse Operator to support material receiving, inventory management, and warehouse operations at a medical device manufacturing facility.

The ideal candidate will accurately receive, inspect, store, and track materials while following FDA, cGMP, and ISO 13485 standards.

Responsibilities:

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials against purchase orders and packing slips.
• Enter and maintain inventory transactions in SAP ERP.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and warehouse equipment.
• Organize and label materials in designated storage areas.
• Stage materials for quality inspection and support internal material requests.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness, safety standards, and accurate documentation.
• Follow all company quality and safety procedures.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience.
• Previous warehouse or receiving experience preferred.
• Forklift/pallet jack experience preferred (training and certification required).
• Basic computer skills; SAP experience a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a team environment.
• Ability to lift 30–50 lbs and stand/bend for extended periods.
