Paint Prepper

In this role, candidates will be responsible for preparing cabs for painting, which includes tasks such as masking, sanding, gluing, and bonding. The use of a handheld grinder is necessary to ensure all parts are properly prepared for painting.

• Prepare cabs for painting by performing tasks such as masking, sanding, gluing, and bonding.
• Use a handheld grinder to ensure parts are ready for painting.
• Follow blueprints and utilize hand and power tools for paint preparation.
• Perform blasting, sandblasting, and powder coating as required.

• Experience in industrial painting
• Proficiency in paint prep, sanding, masking, and grinding
• Attention to detail
• Ability to read and follow blueprints
• Proficient use of hand and power tools

• Experience in bodywork is a plus

Work in a temperature-controlled environment on the 1st shift from 6am to 4:30pm, Monday through Thursday, with mandatory overtime on Fridays and occasional Saturdays. Enjoy a spacious work area and collaborative team setting where all tools are provided.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Wyoming, MN.

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $24.00/hr.
