• Requirements: Active Arizona License & DEA
• Position: Primary Care Nurse Practitioner

 
Primary Care Nurse Practitioner- Needed for a 6-week outpatient assignment in Arizona. The clinician will be required to hold an active Arizona State license & DEA.
 

• Schedule: 2– 6-hour shifts per week
• Compensation: $100/hr. plus malpractice coverage insurance
• Locations: Holbrook, Arizona
• Start Date: ASAP pending credentialing (within 1 week of submitting documents)
• Working with an Underserved Population
• No Calls or Weekends
