Permanent Outpatient Licensed Social Worker (LMSW) – Southgate, MI | Full-Time

A leading behavioral health organization is seeking a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) to join its Adult Outpatient Therapy team in Southgate, MI. This full-time, permanent role (37.5 hours/week) focuses on delivering person-centered mental health and co-occurring substance use treatment in a collaborative outpatient setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct intake assessments and clinical evaluations
• Provide individual and group therapy for adults and families
• Develop and manage person-centered treatment plans
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation
• Participate in case consultations, supervision, and discharge planning

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Counseling
• Active Michigan LMSW license
• At least 1 year of clinical experience (internship/fieldwork accepted)
• Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills

Schedule

• Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
• 37.5 hours/week
• Occasional evening/weekend hours as needed

Compensation

• LMSW: $29.47–$39.67/hour
• Limited License: $27.22–$36.63/hour
• Pay based on licensure and experience (fixed grant-funded rates)
