We are looking for an experienced 5+ Year Plaintiff's personal injury trial attorney to join a respected plaintiff-side law firm in Las Vegas, Nevada. This associate-level opportunity is ideal for a Nevada-licensed litigator who is confident managing injury matters from initial assessment through courtroom proceedings. The role offers the chance to work closely with senior attorneys while delivering strong advocacy and thoughtful guidance to clients throughout the life of each case.


Responsibilities:

• Lead personal injury cases through each stage of litigation, from early case review and fact development to resolution or trial.

• Prepare written advocacy materials such as motions, briefs, and other court filings, and present arguments effectively during hearings.

• Conduct discovery activities, including drafting requests, reviewing responses, and taking or defending depositions.

• Represent clients during settlement discussions and mediation sessions with a focus on securing favorable outcomes.

• Appear in court and support trial preparation, including witness coordination, exhibit review, and courtroom strategy.

• Keep clients informed with timely updates and clear explanations of legal options, case direction, and expected next steps.

• Work closely with attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to ensure matters move efficiently and clients receive high-quality service.

• Active license to practice law in Nevada.
• At least 5 years of experience handling civil litigation matters, with a strong emphasis on personal injury cases.
• Demonstrated ability to draft motions, briefs, and other litigation documents with precision and persuasive reasoning.
• Hands-on experience managing discovery and participating in depositions.
• Trial readiness and comfort appearing before judges in contested proceedings.
• Strong negotiation skills and sound judgment in evaluating settlement opportunities.
• Excellent client communication abilities and a detail-oriented, collaborative approach to teamwork.
