Nanny Needed For My Children

We are looking for a career nanny for 1 child in Indianapolis. We would prefer a nanny who has their own car, who does not smoke and who is comfortable with two big, friendly dogs. Our daughter will be under a year old. We would prefer to hire someone long term and build a relationship with. We would guarantee 40 hours a week.
