Childcare Needed

We’re looking for a caring, dependable, and flexible family assistant to help with school pick-up/drop-off, transportation to tutoring and activities, homework support, and providing companionship for our sweet 18-year-old daughter who has some medical and developmental needs. Must be comfortable with large dogs, have a reliable vehicle and clean driving record, and enjoy working with children. Help with keeping the kids organized (backpacks, school items, schedules, etc.) is a big plus. Experience with special needs is appreciated but not required.
