Nanny Needed

I'm looking for a sitter for my 2 little girls. I just need someone to come to my home and distract them for a few hours so I can get yardwork/housework done. We also have 2 dogs that are a helpful distraction for the kids. Our schedule is extremely flexible! I'm looking for about 2-6hrs of help/ week; mostly on Mondays, Tuesdays, and/or Thursdays but other days could probably work out too! We live on 5 acres with a pond and so both of the girls love to be outside. They also get along great with each other. The 3-year-old is highly independent and my 1-year-old is walking but is going through the "puts everything in her mouth" phase. Other than that, they're both pretty chill kids.
