Pet Care Needed - Full-time / Part-time

My dog is 11 yers old and gets nervous when thunderstorms come and she just needs some company . She loves to have walks around the neighborhood. And needs to be fed 2 times a day. But during the day you can come and go as you please, she is very content to stay at home alone during the day.
