American Traveler is seeking an experienced travel RN Nurse Manager with 5+ years of management experience for an outpatient GI/Endoscopy and Urgent Care setting requiring an active MA RN license and prior travel nursing experience.

- Outpatient GI Center and Endoscopy unit within a hospital-affiliated campus, also covering Urgent Care \n
- 4 procedure rooms serving patients 18+ for Endoscopy and all ages for Urgent Care \n
- Involves GI/Endoscopy procedures, GO procedures, scheduling, and urgent care oversight \n
- Experience with moderate sedation and GI scope requirements is essential to this role \n
- 8-hour shifts, 5 days per week, scheduled 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM \n
- No weekends, no holidays, and no on-call requirements \n
- Epic EMR experience required \n
- Local candidates within 50 miles of the facility are eligible at a reduced rate \n

- Active Massachusetts RN license required; NURSYS report showing all licenses (past and present) must reflect an active or conditional MA RN license \n
- Current AHA BLS certification required \n
- CGRN certification preferred \n
- Nurse Manager experience is required; 5+ years of NM experience highly preferred \n
- Experience in GI/Endoscopy or a matching specialty required \n
- Prior travel nursing experience required; first-time travelers will not be considered \n
- Two recent references from managers or supervisors in a matching specialty required for consideration \n
- Specialty-matching skills checklist required for consideration \n
- Valid driver's license with address matching candidate demographics required for consideration \n
- Flu vaccine required during flu season \n

- Orientation is conducted on a bi-weekly schedule \n
- Scrubs of any color are acceptable \n
- RTO of no more than 5 days must be submitted upfront; RTO requests will not be accommodated after confirmation \n
- Block scheduling is not permitted \n
- Candidates residing within 50 miles of the facility are eligible but will be offered a local pay rate \n
